I have to tell you that this weekend was the time of my life. I really had a great time and enjoyed every minute of it! We went to the Student Center on Wednesday and as Miro stated we had pork chops on a bed of mash potatoes and green beans. It was delicious. On Thursday night I had Subway and enjoyed some history jokes as usual. I am not going to post them because I want to be able to tell them during Thanksgiving break. That night we watched The Lion King in the media. I hadn't seen the movie in a long time and it was just as good as it was the first time. The best part of seeing a Broadway musical is being able to recall the memories of the show through the music and movies. The opening number of "The Circle of Life" takes me back to the stage in 8th grade and my sophomore year in yearbook. Those were the two best trips of my life and it was a great performance. If you have ever seen the show you will be able to relate with the magnificence of all of the animals coming onto the stage and the simplicity of it all. It is still a impacting performance and is something that is truly one thing that you have to do in your lifetime. On Friday we got to enjoy some resting time. At night we went to Olive Garden where I ate too much but I did enjoy it. We got back and we had to walk all the way back from the Stadium. Miro had shorts and a t-shirt on so he was freezing and I thought it was hilarious. That night we went to "Inglorious Basterds" and everyone enjoyed it except me. I felt like the movie would probably get a 5.5 out of 10 on my scale. I felt like there was a strong beginning and end, but there was a problem was in the middle. I just felt like it was boring in the middle. I almost fell asleep. Saturday was just like any Saturday as we enjoyed sleeping in until 1 in the afternoon. I think that Miro enjoyed that the best. When we were finally awake Ramiro made his green bean casserole. While we were making it Adam was called to run outside. His friend Bekah was rollerblading and ran into a rock and had a big gash in her leg. They got the ambulance and she went to the hospital. She got stiches and everything was alright. Miro was making the greenbean casserole for Austin and Adam's house church Thanksgiving. It was at the livingroom and it was great. We enjoyed turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, sweet potato casserole, and desserts. It was really a great meal and made me even more ready for Thanksgiving break. We got to walk back from the stadium again. That night we enjoyed Robin Hood! I haven't seen that movie in years and it is really terrific movie. Well I am going to post one more time and then it will be Thanksgiving break! Stay Classy Nappanee/Muncie!
