Thursday, January 14-Economy and Conan/Leno

Okay I am going to have a lot of video clips today because there has been so much going on that needs to be seen by other people AND I know that no one wants to hear about my boring day. I will however take some time to talk about my economy professor. As I said yesterday I do have a very humorous man who teaches my economy class. Today I decided that I would write down some of the things that he said. First he talked about how there is no game that is non-competitive which he then followed by saying "well there is running...oh and sex". He also said that people think that it would be terrible for a lion to eat children and responded "People eat baby animals. Why shouldn't lions eat baby people?" He said several other things, but I have a lot more that I would like to post before the weekend of homework. He also talked about property rights and human rights. He pulled out a piece of new chalk and threw it on the ground and crushed it. "That has no rights! But can I have your computer to break? No, because you have rights to it. Before I get into the current Tonight Show disaster I would first like to post a video from Jimmy Fallon called Head Swap which I believe is one of his best bits. Enjoy!

In other news Conan is being forced to leave The Tonight Show because The Jay Leno Show is being cancelled and Leno was going to a half hour slot at 11:35, but Conan says this would be the destruction of The Tonight Show. In light of it all there have been several funny moments that have happened over the past days as we edge closer to a final decision to be made. Hope you like some of these moments!

Now this all is really sad because I love both of the hosts and it is sad that NBC has screwed up everything. Hopefully it all turns off okay. I would really like to see Conan on Fox because all the good shows are moving there. After thinking about all that I want look back at the year 2009 because I did not have time to do it by myself. Here is a Jib-Jab that covers all that happened in 2009.

Also I came across a great book called "The Maze Runner" by James Dashner. I do not want to give up any information about it, but I want you to see the video about it. If you have read it I want you to know that there will be two more books with one coming out in October 2010! I hope you get to read this book and enjoy.

Well that is all I have for today. Time for some homework. Stay Classy Nappanee/Muncie!
